Shayneh
Vista Vineyards’ Old Winery Road Pinot Noir
is a 2002 very limited availability production. Made from
the third leaf pinot noir grapes grown on the Eastern Wing
of the Old Winery Road family estate, this pinot noir is
a rare celebration of youth in a single varietal wine. Hand
crafted for low yield per ton, the Shayneh Vista winemakers
aged the wine in one-year used French Oak barrels. After
aging, the wine was cautiously bottled and cased for this
private estate limited availability edition of Sonoma Valley
Pinot Noir.
Like Sonoma’s Town Square, the site of the
California rebellion and the first raising of the California
Bear Flag, Shayneh Vista Vineyards’ Old Winery Road
Pinot Noir is proud of its Sonoma Valley heritage and its
Shayneh Vista roots. |
